Cancellation Policy:
Time is precious! As a courtesy to our hard-working veterinarians and our other patients, we ask that you give us 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Short-notice cancellations and no shows are subject to a $25 fee.
After Hours Service:
If you accept the charges laid out in our after hours message, you will be directed to our new triage service. See the image below for details. Consultations (if it is determined that the on-call vet does not need to see your animal) will be billed the next business day.
