Payments

Payment is expected when small animal services are rendered. In order to focus on our patients’ needs, customer service and minimizing costs, we do not bill for companion animal services. For our farm clients, we do offer monthly billing.  Please contact the clinic for more information.

We accept debit/interact, Visa, MasterCard, Amex, cash and cheques.

E-transfers are also accepted. Please send e-transfer funds to mvcaccounting@live.ca. Password not required. Please make note of your veterinary clinic account number.

Pet Card

When unexpected illnesses are encountered with a pet, unexpected expenses can be expected as well. Our Veterinary Clinics understand this and are able to make special arrangements through the Pet Card Program.  It just takes 5 minutes to complete an application and will allow you to break down your payments from 6 months to 5 years.  You can download an application online at petcard.ca or by calling the toll free number at 1-888-689-9876 

Insurance For Your Pets

Another option for your family pet is insurance coverage. Many clients are utilizing this more and more to help offset the costs of veterinary care.
